Operations Discord bot
An internal Discord bot at Enzo Polska that pings the right people on the right channels when operational events fire.

Problem
Critical operational messages from systems were easy to miss. Missed reads turned into errors and delays.
Approach
Define which events matter, who must see them, and where they should land in Discord, then wire the bot to those rules instead of broadcasting everything to everyone.
Solution
Build an internal Discord bot that routes pings by event type, channel, and audience, including conditions driven by Base.com-related events.
